I was looking at Kenichi fanart on pixiv and found this preview for a doujinshi. Now I finally understand why "Siberia" is listed as one of Akira Hongō's likes. It doesn't mean the geographical location Siberia, but a castella sponge cake filled with red bean paste. Dear Hongō has a sweet tooth.

Ohhhhh lol, the irony is that, Hongo having a sweet tooth is more of a shock than Siberia the country since I thought he likes the place since its a ruggid and cold place. But having  sweet tooth is even a bigger suprise.

To be honest with you, in some weird way, I always imagined, Hongo,Ganosuke,Seitaro being big in to sushi,teriyaki chicken,prawns since there are few sushi places with names like Akira,Seitaro,Samurai sushi and I always get reminded of these 3 dudes. I also always imagined Michael being in to expensive food and wine and how weird that I got it right!

Eitherway, Seitaro needs to ease up on the sweets since he looks like his on his way to challenging the fat steve seagal.

I ask because he was one of the ORIGINAL Masters that apeared in the original hsdk over 12-14 years ago IRL!!!

It's a good contrast to Sakaki who doesn't like sweets at all and prefers salty snacks. And I always understand people who love sweets as I have a sweet tooth myself.

 

 

 

I've searched the book page for page, but no Mycroft to be found, I'm sorry. Only a tiny note on Christopher's profile that he's a former team mate from England who also entered Yami. And the same kind of notice is to be found in Sakaki's profile with the addition, that he buried his in the desert. That's it.

Depending on how important a character is, there is lots of other information besides their profile. I think most of Natsu's and Siegfried's tidbits can already be found on their wiki page, but I'll check for missing bits.

Oh, something about Tanimoto's win/loss statistics against Honoka when playing Othello.

 

Honoka : Natsu = 87 : 2. Poor Natsu. And they went on a date 18 times already.

 

He wears that coat out of admiration for Ogata who saved his life, but is seems he did not receive any training from him.

 

He deals with stuff for the Tanimoto Concern mostly online and Honoka caused him quite a painful loss that one time she got her hands on his computer. However he could not scold her, because she reminds him of  his sister. But "thanks" to that he learned how to patch up things.

Speaking of Tanimoto, its so crazy that, depsite admiring Ogata and being in Ragnarok, he never really end up training with Ogata despite the fact that he could have since I don't see any reason why Ogata would turn him down.

Damn! two years ago I use to troll various hsdk forums saying that James Shiba is half american and that Mius family is russian/japanese. Goddamn this was a freaky coincidence as was me thinking that Michael was big in to Gourmet food which he IS!

Ogata did train him when he was younger, but that was to prepare him to learn from another master. I'm surprised that Hermit didn't want to study under him as well, and that Ogata didn't want to watch his battle with Siegfried to comment on his growth or anything. Actually, it seems as though they have yet to spoke ever since he grew up. WHY!!!?? And I can't believe Siggy isn't 21, but oh well, it's better that way. Does the book cover techniques and martial arts as well?
