MIcrosoft came out with an "update" for windows 7 a while ago. It's really just an installation of Bing Desktop software. It would be cool if it worked. Of course, I don't really know about it now since I only tried it once.

Yes, Ice Cream Sandwich. And you can put it on a computer. 
Speaking of ICS, I need to get to unlocking my phone and flashing ICS onto it..

I don't have an android device (yet) but if I did, I would immediately root it and install a custom ROM.
Also, installing a pc port of ICS does not count as installing ICS on your computer.
They are NOT the same thing.
Also, the list of supported computers is VERY small :/

Unless it comes with ICS. Then there'd be no reason to.
