She's Izumi's friend http://kenichi.wikia...i/Makoto_Himeno, I wasn't really sure if she'd been named but i vaguely remember her owning a naginata, I just imagine her helping Matsui with his Shinpaku slash.

Let's see other minor pairings hmm Chihiro Takashima (bitchy gymnastic girl) and Shinnosuke Tsuji, they could be unpopular together oh and if its not been mentioned Boris Ivanov and the teacher Kyoko Ono (is that alittle wrong?).

No not really but I've reread the early chapters loads of times before, reread the Tatakae series recently though. Has Berzerkers name in the main manga only just been revealed? Gone from Furakawa Shougo in the original to Kitsukawa Shougo, interesting that it's stayed so similar after all this time (actually thats probably only interesting to me).
