Crack pairings don't work in my book. But hey, it's your opinion, don't let me ruin it for you. :3 ~~not that I support it in any way at all.~~

He's one of my favorite characters now for trying to put a new canon pairing in. XD

I don't much care for Takeda x Freya. Takeda likes his women to have a violent streak (and probably blonde) so i think Freya is too laid back for him, and Freya likes her men big.

Takeda should get with Rachel, they hang out in the same places (underground fighting ring) and she'd probably be willing to dress up as Miu for him on occasion so he could pretend Kenichi wasn't chosen over him.

But yeah, I can probably see Takeda and Rachel interacting in some way, like you said, the underground fighting rings.

Yeah I know, I'm still amused by the idea though and to be honest I think it makes more sense than Takeda going after Miu.

Seriously Kenichi's lived with her for over a year and they spend practically all their time together whilst he only seems to have the odd passing comment with her which usually involves him not respecting her personal boundaries. What does Takeda think would happen if he did confess? If by some miraculous chance she said yes to dating him she'd still be going home with Kenichi every night it'd just be really awkward. Really his only chance is to wait for Kenichi to die which is very unlikely with the name of the manga and all.

HAHA! True, Kenichi won't be dying unless the creator wants to start a new series.

Takeda has no chances with Miu, yeah...and Rachel suddenly dating Takeda, she'd probably get more attention than ever.

Yeah Historys 2nd Strongest Disciple Ikki just doesn't have the same ring to it.

Rachel would be a difficult girl to date, would any one man be able to give her the attention she needs? To be honest I'd like to see more interactions with Rachel with any of the cast. Chikage and Natsu both get some good interactions with the Shinpaku guys, while apart from passing information to Kenichi a couple of times she hasn't done alot.
