Some days i miss school but then i realize the school system in america sets you up to fail by teaching you stupid shit you dont ever need while not teaching basic fundamentals that should be taught all through school.

Well Spelling for instance should be something taught all thru school last time i had a spelling test was like 3rd grade but its amazing how many high school seniors cant spell a simple word like "took". Instead you get to read stupid books like "to kill a mocking bird" which is so out dated its no longer relevant. With math if youre not planning on being an engineer or some crazy math ridden job like that no reason to learn anything besides the basic adding, subtracting, multiplying. With as technology based as society has become computer and typing classes should be mandatory. Trust me being able to work computer programs and type fluently is a lot more important than who won the battle of Waterloo. Life lessons also need to be taught in school like how to write a resume , or how bank accounts work. I know too many people that graduated high school that can barely make it by because nothing they really learned can be applied to the job market
