I don't know about anybody else, but I'm not imposed to the idea of being able to change the way it looks. I can't remember if that feature was enabled for users by way of a add-on or not. It was a nice little thing that allowed you to have your own little background image, and change the color of the text, and the windows.

Well the reason I don't have that enabled is because of webspace and I'm poor.

I enabled it and allowed image use through URLs. Sound good?
