What is the highest form of Sei ki? Supposedly it's Ryuusei Seikuken, but I think there's a higher level:

Hongo is considered to master Sei to its highest limit, according to Sakaki, so he would be a better fighter to examine. (There's Hayato but he also fought sorcerers and godlike beings).

I'm starting to think that it's not a higher level than Ryuusei Seikuken, but it's reliant on a different class of Sei Ki. Remember this: 

 

 

There has to be a weakness to this ability or Lugh and Akisame wouldn't lose to those on the same level, that lacks this ability. Even fighters of a higher level would have a hard time if that's the case. Maybe it won't work as well against those who fight in a state of emptiness and don't think during battle.
