Morality of Mihail???

I have noticed that ALL HSDK characters have showed some form of compassion or honor including Jenazad and Ganosuke.

But I have noticed of all characters, Mihail is fictionally evil. What I mean by that is, in the early anime, Miu told Kenichi that every human being has their good and bad parts and for most part HSDK tried its best to show the antagonist with redeeming qualities like how much Alexander cares for Boris or Ogata having some form of morality to replicate human beings in real life.

Even Kushinada did not attack the disciples in the park after KOing her own disciple.

This makes me wonder, what kind of childhood did Mihail have? Is him being the way he is a result of abuse or is this part of his nature? Do you guys think he has any redeeming qualities?

I don't think we've seen enough of him (same problem as always with so many characters) to make a complete judgement.

My guess is that Mihai (without "l") simply enjoys killing people, just like Christopher does. I think those two share some traits.

But I guess he has some redeeming qualities. Maybe he secretly likes animals and supports animal shelters in his country or something like that.

We haven't seen him interact with his disciple either. Maybe he is a great master who cares deeply for him, maybe not.

Its interesting that you mentioned Éclair since Christopher along with Mycroft showed some honor by saving Kenichi against Mihai and they both honored Shigures request as oppose to taking the gold and not honoring the deal.

Its also funny you mentioned animals since his favorite food is foie gras since IRL there is a big controversy that fattening up ducks is cruel, although realistically, regular meat processing is way worse. The point I was getting before going slightly off topic was that the author is trying to paint him in a very cruel picture.

But you maybe right, he could be a great caring master, that being said, seeing how his scythe was destroyed, I wonder if he is going to take the scythe of his disciple or if he is going to get a new one or perhaps he is now a pacifist like Kagerou?

My head is still spinning from the abrupt ending of hsdk that let sooooooo maaaaaaany loose ends!!!

I was just seeing some parrallels between Mihai and Christopher as they both enjoy killing, because it seems to be fun for them. At least Christopher has outright stated that there is no special reason, sad past, abuse or anything that drove him into becoming an assasin. I think it might be the same for Mihai in the way that there was nothing in the past, it's just that killing people gives him a kick.

(some random video that might or might not be related to their mindset)

I was not thinking about honor or anything with that arguement, only about their reasons for becoming a killer.

About the animal: another random idea. Some people care greatly for dogs and cats, but don't give a damn about anything that will end up on their plate. Or maybe he prefers reptiles. I could imagine him with a iguana on his shoulder.

Or he doesn't like animals at all. We will never know.

I think he might have taken his disciple's weapon to continue fighting Shigure if he had been around, but I'm sure he'll have a new one made to suit his measurements. That is, unless his disciple's weapon was made by Shigure's father and this is the best one he can find. In that case he'd tell his disciple to find himself a new scythe.

I can't see him settling down and becoming pacifist. He doesn't seem the type for it. The only exception would be if his dream became true and he got rich enough to permanently move to some southern island. But even then he'd probably feel bored from time to time and go on a killing spree.

(Kenichi Gaiden Volume 2 with more side stories when?)

After his scythe broke, I see no reason for him not to feel broken like Shiba once was.

I don't know. I can't see him breaking down like Kagerou did when Shigure took Setsunamaru away from him. I'm sure Mihai is rather fond of his scythe, but in the end I think he's too pragmatic/opportunistic and not sentimental enough to break over the loss of his weapon. He will be pissed, but it won't be the end of the world for him. Life goes on and there are many more people to kill.

At least that's the impression I got from the few short scenes with him.

Damn that random video was really random and it felt like an acid trip.

Anyway back to Master Mike, to me he was very interesting because of how over the top evil he was and I remember even Mildred was yelling at him since he was interfering with her fight with Shigure which meant that even his own fellow partners were annoyed by his antics.

Then again, Marmaduke did block Kenichi and Miu from escaping and I recall Mihai was the only who was interested in imprisoning Kenichi/Miu so perhaps members like Marmaduke respect his presence?

But it would be cool to know Mihai upbringing like who was his family members? who trained him? And ofcourse, his relationship with Shigures father and how he got in to the Hachiou Danzaiba?

Someone wrote this on the wiki:

The manga ends with the hint that Mihai may no longer be a member due to the fact that his scythe was destroyed in the process.

I put a "citation needed" next to it, because I cannot find anything in the last chapter that would confirm this claim. Why would they kick him out only because he lost his best weapon? He can get himself a new scythe and even if it might not be as good as his old one, that doesn't diminish his skills. A master is still a master no matter what weapon they have. Even if Shigure lost her "secret of steel" she is still a super master who can cut her opponent's weapon to bits with a ribbon or a wooden spoon if nothing else is available.

Mihai might not be quite on Shigure's level, but he's certainly not become useless without his old weapon.

Did I miss something and what the contributor wrote there is true?

Or should I just delete that bit, because it's pure unfounded speculation?

We don't have any standings with the executioner blades at all. We got some kind of update on the One Shadow Nine Fist but we do not have any more scenes about the weapon users. Since they left together, I would say they are at whatever state of affairs they were at before all this Shenanigans. To me, Mihia really feels like just a typical psychopath and sadist, having no real character.(Sorry guys he's just not in enough scenes.)

Yeah, that is why I was wondering about what that person wrote. Mihai is defeated by Shigure, the other weapon users pack up and go home and we never hear from any of them ever again. I have no idea where they got the idea from that Mihai was no longer a member and thought I might have missed something. I guess I did not and they made it up.

That was me who wrote it! I was annoyed and angry because some IDIOT locked Mihai page!!!!

It makes me MAD that the person/persons in charge of wiki locked his page and I cant make further edits that I want to make!

I was the one who wrote:

He is the only Hachiou master that has not shown any signature move

I was also going to write:

He resembles Hiddan who is a scythe wielder of the Nartuo series and that he resembles Steve Fox from tekken. Ofcourse some bumbaclut took my editing power!

Personally speaking I have no beef with Mihai page as long as the "Michael Schtilvay" part is addressed and since it is, his wiki is once again present in the google search and I am happy about that.

That being said, I don't get why its locked and I cant add more info in his trivia section??????

Do you think it is a good idea to go shitposting on the wiki, because the page was locked?

You are aware that the reason it was locked was, because someone kept changing Mihai's name back to Michael despite all the proof and reasoning behind the name change? So if you want to blame someone, blame that person.

And please stop shitposting on the wiki.

No I am not aware it was locked! How the fuck am I suppose to be aware when I check the kenichiwiki once a month?

Also what's with the tone with this whole "Stop shit posting?" I only made that one little comment and your acting like I tampered with the entire wiki!!!

Also in 2012, I was the one who added lots of info on berserkers page, care to see if his page is shit too!????

Fact of the matter is, the kenichiwiki is pretty inaccurate in general and yet your blaming a really shitty wiki on me....

Were have I blamed all inaccuracies on you? Since you are aware that there are inaccuracies, why would you add more? Because you are angry?

And adding that bit about Mihai is not the only thing you did today. You are also responsible for the thing with Ouganosuke's name that was changed several times today.

And going through your activity log it seems that you were the person who back then would not stop changing Mihai's name back to Michael. In other words, you got yourself locked out from editing.

And that is exactly what I meant with shitposting, not your reasonable edits on some pages, but the messing with names and posting random stuff.

I told you I was editing it because it wasn't coming up in wiki! When you Google a characters name and it doesn't come up in the Google search than yes you have some explaining to do for doing a shit job of editing. If you notice I wasn't changing Yokious profile, only throwing few Ganosukes so he would get noticed!!!

How the fuck are people suppose get that "S" and "O" on wiki search????

I am also mad with your threatening tone of saying "stop making shit post!"

Screw you man! if I wanted to be a fucking prick I would have changed and tampered with every page and I would have never mentioned that it was me doing it. Oh and if you are going to be threatening than I can go head and do so and goodluck trying to lock every single page on the wiki...

Guys.. c'mon stop whats wrong with you. Just resolve this without bloodshed and (rather boorring) anger.

Honestly combatmaster1o3, I just saw the Hayato/Kushinada date which I assume is taking place after the end of the arc. To me, this ruins any serious feels this manga had.

I mean, Kushinada is technically the most evil individual in this manga since she is like a super mass murdering serial killer and for Hayato, she seems like some old bitter ex.

My editing may have been inappropriate but, after calming myself down, I am seriously asking myself why should I even care about this manga?

I mean, the author nerfed one of the most badass weapon users and turned him in to a joke who got foddered by Hongo and Shigure while so many good characters got neglected.

Sorry for that. I'll only comment on the google and the spelling thing, because there seem to be some misunderstandings and then I'll shut up about it.

Generally speaking, google usually does not need these special characters to find things. It finds Mihai's page without problems, when you write it with just a regular "S". Ōganosuke Yogi will show up there eventually, I'm 100% sure. That it doesn't show up might be for the reasons that google hasn't properly indesed that page yet or because people don't search for "Ōganosuke Yogi" but for "Ganosuke Yokio". That is not a problem, because the old connections are still there. Whenever someone comes to wikia via searching for "Ganosuke" they will automatically redirected to the right page.

The Ō/ō is how how a long "o" is written in the Hepburn romanization system, which is the system this wiki and the regular wikipedia use. The same character is used in several other names and the search works for them without problems. (Shigure Kōsaka, Akisame Kōetsuji, Akira Hongō, Kōzō Ukita, etc.)

Other ways to spell it would be "ou" or "oh", but since the wiki uses Ō/ō for every other character I went with the spelling Ōganosuke. So it's not an arbitrary decision on my part.

Just give it some time and things wil turrn out fine.

I will say one more thing in regards to this bullshit accusation and I will move on as well.

So I clicked on the activity log link on the post that is accusing me of being the guy that tampered with Mihai wiki in the past and after reviewing it I call bullshit on the list! I can say for fact that, besides November, I did NOT tamper with Mihais wiki on December of 2014! In the past 2 Decembers I have gone on a Bleach binge and this year I wanted to finally watch what happens in Bleach after Aizen arc which means that my entire attention was on a different anime/series and NOT on the hsdk wiki on the month of December!

Oh wait...I just read the little info box below and it says "Some IP addresses change periodically and maybe shared by several users

Also, I have edited Ogata,Berserker,Rahman,Kagerou and little bit of Kushinadas and Ganosukes trivia page and yet that's not showing up on my activity list...I know for a fact that I edited Kagerous page on November since our birthdays are few days apart and yet that's not on the activity log!!! I also don't remember touching Marmadukes page on October or any time from the first time I made my first  edit which was Berserkers trivia section in may 2012!

In conclusion, I am disgusted by Naachi accusation and personal attack. At this point I have no interest in discussing any topics with him nor am I going to respond/reply to any of his comments or threads.

..........bro, this is a forum. I completely agree that characters that should be fleshed out(like Mihia who was supose to be another big Shigure bad guy) were left rather bland, more like caricatures instead. Is this manga worth holding on too, yea I think so. Just cause someone who has been dealing with issues of people spamming inaccurate shit presumes you have done things does not make him an impretanant person. He's got problems too, he just jumped the gun.
