Y'know... in the anniversary forum, @Rimi suggested that we could expand. I wonder how it can be done....

Hey everyone!
Today is HSDK Fans' one year anniversary. It's really hard to believe that it's been an entire year since this site started up. Since then I've gotten the opportunity to meet amazing people with awesome interests and share all the perverted things that keep us all together. Best of all is the beautiful gallery full of amazing boobies, ripped clothes, and gorgeous babes. Coupled with the great discussion it really has been an awesome year. In HSDK Kenichi rescued Miu, Hongo killed Junazard, Rimi and Miu had a rematch, Shiratori's gender was confirmed and she fell in love with Ukita, Lugh was introduced, and now we're in the midst of the latest arc with the Shinpaku Alliance vs. Yomi. What's more is that the past year saw the release of three OVAs for History's Strongest Disciple Kenichi.
The series has just been chugging along and Matsuena-sensei has shown that it can only get better from here. As the series continues we'll always be here to keep up with the latest HSDK releases and collect the most beautiful HSDK images for the gallery. We also plan to expand the site and create more sections such as character bios and chapter summaries (if you want to help let me know!). History's Strongest Disciple Kenichi is a great manga and I'm excited to continue watching Kenichi grow with his friends. And yes, we will complain about the fanservice all the way.

I think sales picked up only for the most recent volumes and before that there were rather bad. But I'd have to search sales fugures from previous volumes to confirm that theory.

I'm slowly scanning my way through vol. 60 (I accidentaly ordered it twice so I thought why not) and I think Akisame is the only male master to have his clothes shredded like that. Or are there other examples? (Akisame and Diego voted top for best fanservice).
And can someone tell me why my scans turn so light/pale when I upload them to mediafire? If I upload the somewhere else they look like the do on my computer.

Personally I think Shizuha's outfit actually suits her, and her position, perfectly. She is not JUST a warrior, but as the Elder stated, almost a religious figure to the Kuremisago, the "perfect lady", "princess", and all that. She is a girl who is stronger than any member of the clan, male or female, except for one guy who is older than she is, and is also the strongest clan member in its entire history.
They probably think that she represents the absolute best genetic combination that the clan had ever produced (because if she was the same age as Senzui, she might have been even stronger than him).

No I don't think so. It honestly depends on the situation, I mean how long ago did she give birth exactly. Also in an honest fight, how would she fair. I think you are underestimating the lack of masters who are masters among masters. Grand Masters are rare, Legendary's are even more so.
