This is for 'what ifs' in this section. We all know it will never happen in the manga, but we can always fantasize, can't we?
So I'll start. What if Ma Kensei was not a pervert? Would things change for the good or bad?
If he wasn't a pervert, then Kenichi wouldn't have been able to learn those 'perverted' moves he used on Miu to bring her back and the moves he used on Li Raichi to throw her off a bit.

I don't think the series would be as good if Kensei wasn't a pervert. Without that comic relief, the series would feel so different, I think.
Oh yeah, here's my own "what if?"
What if... Koetsuji hadn't killed Shigure's father, and Shigure would have never come to Ryozanpaku?
I honestly can't think of how many changes this would make. It would change pretty much every character from Ryozanpaku.

Comic relief is always Kensei. Tee-hee. Yeah, him NOT being a pervert would...like destroy the series.
If Shigure didn't come, then we can assume she never appears, so it'll be like that other manga the author made, which I forgot the name of, but I know Shigure didn't appear.
If we apply to this manga, the major roles she plays are for curing Kenichi's 'fear' in his heart, weapons master(so she fights against other weapon users), and some others. If Shigure never came, then they would also have a painful time capturing Kenichi when he decides to run away from training. If Shigure never came, Miu would probably break down from Kensei's constant pervs without Shigure to help, and Miu would also break down without another girl to talk to. If Shigure never came, Apachai would only have Honoka to hang around with.
The paragraph goes on. So basically, this 'What if Shigure Never Came' would cause disaster in all of Ryozanpaku. Wow, that's long. XD

Actually, the lollipop was in the manga, around the part from where the OVA starts actually.
Ohhh, good point. Hongo killed a lot of people. Umm, what was his name...one of Sakaki's flashbacks during his fight with Hongo shows this dude who has a crush on Sakaki's sister and the three of them fight to get into Yami, but Sakai chose the Katsujin Fist.
