Last time Renka appeared she was talking to Miu about the phoenix Alliance and how they would put their lives on the line for friends. Friends being the SA and Ryozanpaku.
I think she went to china. Maybe she'll pull an elder.
And I don't think she lives in Ryozanpaku. I think she's still in Chinatown. We really don't know how long after the incident there with the guy with the bird and apachai happened that the Omake is, time wise, but I still think she lives there.

Renka should live at the Ryozanpaku.
