I might be able to translate it, but it might take a while. Koko showed it to me and I could actually read some of it. If I can't translate something, I can always ask my parents (I'll write it down and show them because if i showed them the pictures.... I'd be grounded for life.).

The "raws" we have are already pretty HQ imo since someone took the Japanese raws and scanned them to Chinese so a cleaner may not be necessary.I can proofread the translation and try to provide a cleaner and typesetter.

Trust me, "high quality" raws are still covered with spots and such. Plus, part of a cleaners job is to remove the text from the bubbles and such.
And redrawer is needed in order to, well, redraw the parts where the cleaner has removed "line text", the text that is outside of any bubble/box.

Yup. I can't redraw, if there are any line-text that has to be removed, so I'll have to see if somebody else can do that as well

Well they were using javascript to display the picture as well, so if I turned it off, I wouldn't be able to see the picture either lol
