So I've been reading the beginning chapters on and off and I'm curious. Why does Sakaki end up shouting about everything? Is it ever explained later in the story?

I guess it's part of his character. But his yelling is funny, especially at weird times. When you get farther in the manga, you'll find that his yelling is useful. XD
