JB stands for Jail Bait. Jail Bait is basically a girl under 18 who a person over 18 would be attracted to and go to jail for having sex with them. Hence jail bait. No I wouldn't say that because you (as in the person over 18) doesn't want to actually do anything to the underage girl. It's more that the picture of the underage girl is so provocative that any normal man should be attracted to it slightly and that is what makes it Jail Bait. The girl is whoring herself off in such a way as to lure in men including those that would go to jail for it. ITS ALL THE GIRLS FAULT!So it's like a pedophile?
Pedophilia is more for attraction and desire for little kids. Jail Bait is usually teenagers around 15-17.
