So far I think Kenichi is up there as one of my favorite Anime's and it pisses me off that it doesn't get respect when it is clearly better than most anime's I've in terms of Comedy, Action, Dialogue, Characters, and Story Line and I hope it continues to be that way. What I really like about it is that it starts off realistic, freindly and light hearted. The anime seemed more realistic but cartoony. Now it's more dark but has still kept it's humor, and I am a real martial artist, and the martial art philophies shown in this Anime are second to none that I've seen, this Anime goes very deep about Martial Arts idealogy

The truth is the anime needs to grow, cartoon network is the reason Naruto and Bleach are as big as they are, I saw this anime via Netflix, how did you come across it? I"m going to make a guess that Netflix is the reason why so many people in the U.S. have seen it, I posted a bad ass pic of Hongo and Sakaki on the Naruto chat group and no one had anything to say about it so until it get's more exposure, it really won't grow that's my take on it
