Well, just look up tutorials online. Stuff like: "How to draw people", "How to draw hands", and "How to draw poses". Try and find a tutorial that works for you. And don't be afraid to do things your own way. The same goes for coloring. There are also books on these kinds of things. And don't forget to practice a lot.

No, Rimi, the cow thread made me cringe. I remember seeing that picture on DA. :(
