ya, the calculation is sound, but the problem is, if the Elder were indeed a Mach 30 creature, he would be stronger than the tentacle monster teacher in Assassin Classroom, a creature that can singlehandedly hold the entire
world ransom.

not to mention making every other character in hsdk redundant, as Mach 30 speed would be something in the tune of Super Saiyan 2 (and is almost escape velocity too...)
