I didn't expect a chapter today!

My favorite of the Executioner Blade. I'm glad we get a good look at her.

I still think Ryozanpaku is being played, by either Kidou or both her and the big brother. The girl seems overly eager to watch the battle between RZ and Yami. There is something sly about her.

I love this manga and it really has a story that I can get into. But, I'm not sure if I'm the only one that feels this way, it's getting a little too much with the fan service these past 10 chapters or so. Not to say it doesn't entertain me sometimes, but I find, personally, that the little entertainment it gives me, and the story itself, gets diluted when I see Shigure basically nude on half of the pages of a chapter. I see the story is getting advanced, slowly, but I feel the main story is only being addressed for half of the chapter, while the other half is just for some Shigure 'almost nudes'. Does anyone else feel that way, or am I just crazy?

The fan service has become excessive for quite some time for me, since at least 100 chapters ago. I used to rant and rave about how much of a masterpiece hsdk is to all who would listen, but lately, not so much. That said it's still quite enjoyable.

I think the author was probably hitting some sort of "phase" where he thought that the nudity is necessary to retain fans, but rationally I think that is ridiculous. HSDK started out as a wide-appeal shonen manga that would reach a lot of mainstream shonen readers, but lately it has become a niche manga.

I don't know what Syun-san is thinking, but "hentai fighting" is not a very big market in the grand scheme of things...

I might be in the minority here, but I actually like the fanservice and its increase. I agree the story needs to pick up the pacing though. But I think he could do that and still have fanservice, as I believe he has done that before. Just need to hit a few more plot points per chapter I guess, or have more fights at least, since thats what this manga is really about.

Idk, I feel like I've ranted about the fanservice so much that I'm all ranted out. I just ignore it now. It does nothing for me.
