By the way, what i really like about this chapter is that it is the first time in literally years that the speed of a master's fight is explained. No, even elite masters don't move at bullet time. They just have crazy dynamic vision and trajectory calculation ability. They probably move at far above peak human, but the speed cap is probably still about 320km/h straight-line run for the Elder like that estimate I did long ago.

So when Akisame did the swirly hand movement, he did not actually become magically faster, but he was just more focused. Probably the first time we see an elite master pushed to the point where he had to initiate a seikuken from scratch instead of by instinct...

What a boring chapter....I think the whole "the government is against you - the government supports you" business is really really poorly written.
