THIS is how HSDK should be. Funny and ecchi with a purpose. This chapter was amazing.

Exactly. Couldn't have said it better myself. I love complaining about the excess ecchi as much as the next guy but there was something about this chapter that just made it right and appropriate.

Probably the restraints. Probably because she was naked when the chapter started so there was no spontaneous clothes ripping like usual.

Yeah im with all the above comments, gunna be crazy to see shigure go throw the weapons masters with just a shirt on and a broken blade! But i think she can do it! FIght on!

So. Could the knight in shiny armor perhaps be Shigure's father, that everyone knows isn't really dead (along with Sho)? It would explain the running on water, why you haven't seen his face, being able to put a shirt on Shigure that quickly without her smacking him, and lastly him already knowing Tochumaru's name.

I'm waiting for Ryuto to show up and talk about YOMI. I got my hopes up when I saw everyone at the headquarters. It was really nice to see Renka for a change, though.

@ChaiMan3000 Hmmm, I was thinking of that possibility. He was a blacksmith and this dude does wear a full suit of armor. But, Yami must not be very familiar with Shigure's father or he's a good actor.

Renka looked really nice in this chapter. She got way overshadowed though.

I don't know how much Yami knows about her father, but the armor person seems to be someone that might turn out to be important. I mean what other reason would Yami have for being nice to Shigure and knowing Tochumaru's name?

Well judging by the mile wide seikuken that her father had during his fight with Akisame, I'd say he's no slouch. Also he's Shigure's dad, he's got to be at least pretty dern good by default.

Awesome chapter. Breathtaking in its beauty, awesomeness, and humor. Best chapter for a while (not to say there weren't some good ones lately). Shigure is amazing. No nipples at all is silly and unbelievable, but we got to see everythign else I guess....

I believe the Knight is the Knight she jousted before. I recently reread that part of the manga, so there's a chance of it.

And as a side note, Renka was absolutely delicious in her one panel appearance. Thats all it takes for her to catch my attention.

Agreed on both points. Shigure's father couldn't have known the name Touchumaru because the mouse is a pet of her later on in life, in fact, even after her period staying with Grandpa Kousaka.

The only member of Yami who knows about this is the knight whom she jousted with and Sai Kagerou.

And yes, in the rare moments that Renka is not running around like a cat, she is so delicious
