HSDK Battle 480 Released

This chapter kinda blows. Matsuena will NEVER let Kenichi catch up to Miu. Maybe at the series' end/near end but who knows how far away that is, and he was so confident too. Elder and Kensei were talking about how Elder slowed down Miu's training in order to reduce her development but it seems a few weeks of unrestrained traing with Demon Fist just negated all of that.

All that work for nothing. :S *sigh*

This chapter was the best chapter we've had in a while. Why? Because we found out that Rimi's last name is Kokorone. I have a feeling that Koko Puffs knew this all along.. :|

I was really expecting some after effects from the brainwashing but I guess Matsuena just wanted to skip it all? Somehow I don't think it's over and I think the effects of the brainwashing will come back at a future point, probably when Hongo shows up in front of Miu again. It was great to see the Shinpaku alliance again and great to see that Titan is most likely going to be Shinpaku's next opponent. The new arc is starting and I really think it's going to feature Rimi this time.

Other than that seeing the Ryozanpaku humor again was quite refreshing. This chapter didn't develop the plot that much but it was a good way to set the stage. What's Judgment Day though? Is that the same thing that Yami was planning? I don't remember the details.

Anyway, welcome to a new arc. Hope it's better than that dark, depressing stuff we had in Tidat. What shall we title the previous arc? Tidat Kingdom Arc? Rescue Miu Arc?

Good chapter. It was a nice reset. Sucks that Miu's brainwashing kinda just went away, but I don't think we're done with it just yet.

And I'm guessing the next arc is going to deal with Ogata. This is awesome, cause that means Tanaka is coming back. And it also means we get to find out Ogata's other two disciples.. Which one really looks like Berserker, and it probably is. Scary to imagine that Rimi is stronger than him.

As for the last arc, I like Tidat Kingdom Arc better. No one knows if Miu's ever going to get captured again, so naming an arc after that now might be premature.

Should be good arc we already have main bad guys most likely the three disciples from ogata. First fist odin vs kenichi rematch? Then you've the miu choice so who knows what that is. I think it will be her involing her father. However the big point about miu and kenichi deal. The fact remains he needs to keep that goal to the end of the manga without kenichi just gives up lol.

I don't think Kenichi should give up martial arts and I'm not saying he should stop training but if he plans on becoming strong enough to protect Miu then he's chasing a pipe dream. If her skills can excel that much in such a short period of time then she'll be the one protecting him. Matsuena might as well change the sereis title to History's Strongest Disciple Miu. Since vol. 1 ch. 1 she has continued to be the strongest disciple.
In any case it looks like things will turn out like I predicted, Ogata Isshinsai's Atlanti are about to step into the picture. Not that there was anyone else mind you besides 1 member of Yomi that hasn't been defeated.

Rimi is the best character in this series. Rimi is history's strongest disciple. This story should be about Rimi.

I'm not sure what her indiviual group name is but all of Ogata's disciple groups as a whole make up what he calls the Atlanti even if they have their own individual group names.

Chikage was beaten in a different way. Her weakness was exploited and she missed her chance to fight. They call it forfeiture even if it's not intended. Kajima is the only one in Yomi who hasn't been defeated. Hermit was defeated before he joined Yomi back during the Ragnarok arc. Kenichi was weaker then, I don't think Hermit could win now against Kenichi.

I think the extent of our discussions about the other two disciples is that one could possibly be Berserker, based on silhouettes and that we have no idea who the other could be.

One is definitly Berserker, the third member might be Kronos the guy Rimi beat to become team leader.

Anyway what he's saying is that in your first link it says that the group's name is atlantae, but in the translation that Waco has it says that Rimi's name is Atlantae. Furthermore, in both of the pages you just linked (that I'm quoting right now) the group is called Titan. So that's why I'm 100% certain that Rimi is called Atlantae and the group is called Titan. You're saying the opposite and your source for this is only one page which also seems to be a mistranslation. Every single other page, including ones that you've linked to, say that Rimi is Atlantae, and the group is called Titan.

What makes the translation I'm reading wrong and the one you're reading right?

I know her group is called Titan she says it in "my" translation as well. As far as her nickname, I was never even talking about that not to mention they're 2 different words(notice the spelling).

Can't we all just be friends and call her Rimi?

In any case all of the masters of Ryozanpaku have fought a winner/loser master battle except Shigure, and we don't hear a lot about the armed division of Yami that much anymore. With the way things are developing Ogata might be the last master to fight, and I have a gut feeling that it won't be a master from Ryozanpaku. I guess we'll just wait and see.

All the masters have fought a winner/loser battle with a member of the One Shadow Nine Fists to be more correct. Because Shigure has fought the Knigh master from Yami's weapon division, and I think she might've half-fought another guy when they were going to rescue Freya's uncle (or whoever it was). I don't remember it that well..
