I always wondered who would win if they both fought years after the end of the series. Anyway, for this fanfic, if you see a statement in apostrophes like this 'I love chocolate', it means the character is only thinking it.
Ogata: I wonder who's stronger between Odin and Kano? What do you think Hongo-dono?
Akira: We will find out after the match. Begin!
Sho and Ryuto immediately enter into a shockwave orbit battle. At first it's even, but slowly Sho's speeds up, increasing the speed until Ryuto is only able to defend.
Sho Kano: Lightening Strikes!
Sho grazes Ryuto nine times, in different areas, but doesn't appear to have been able to get a clean hit. They both hit each other fist, knocking each other a short distance back.
Sho Kano: Pathetic! Is that all you got?!
Ryuto: Boast after you hit me.
Ryuto immediately feels a sharp pain in his chest, robbing of his focus momentarily. He grabs his chest.
Sho Kano: Right.
Sho immediately closes the distance and hits Ryuto in the stomach with a powerful punch. Knocking him into the air. Ryuto is knocked back several feet backwards, he flips into the air once, but lands on his feet. Ryuto has a look on his face like nothing happened.
Sho Kano: That feeling, he jumped back to lessen the damage.
Ryuto signals with his hand for Sho to attack.
Ryuto: Come!
Sho dashes in fast. Unexpectedly Ryuto dashes in low and fast, to meet him, thoroughly surpassing Sho's expectations and throwing off his timing.
Ryuto: Rising Dragon!
Ryuto executes a quick rising uppercut. Sho is barely able to defend against the powerful uppercut to the stomach using both hands. With both hands blocking Ryuto's right hand, Sho's head is open for attack for Ryuto to throw punch with his left, hitting show in the face. Sho quickly recovers and Ryuto follows up with a feinted kick from his right knee raised. Ryuto than starts a combination, a jab, a cross (a straight right), and afterwards a hook. Sho blocks each blow, the hook forces Sho's weight on his lead leg, setting up for Ryuto's low kick to the thigh of that leg.
Ogata: 'It's too early for Odin to use Gungnir, but he's starting to pick up Kano's timing a little. He's throwing off Kano's timing by altering his own, thus slowing him down.'
Akira: Sho, get serious!
Ryuto takes a step, performing a lunge punch. Sho twist his body to the left to avoid the punch, while simultaneously taking a wide step backwards with his left leg, so he has the distance to perform a powerful knee, than raises his arm nearly horizontally over Ryuto's arm so he can drive his knee in. Sho's knee hits a Ryuto a bit vertically into the air, Sho than extends his leg and kicks Ryuto back.
Sho Kano: Sei Dou Goui! Asura Seikuken!
Ryuto: '4 arms, but how?! So many attack trials! Whatever, I'll just have to use my full power as well. Sei Dou Goui!'
Sho's in a stance with two arms raised at head level and two at waist level. Sho attacks with great speed. Ryuto defends against Sho's Seikuken, while attacking when he finds an opening. It doesn't take long for Ryuto to take a defensive stance, recognizing the danger of Sho's Seikuken. He's able to defend for a little while, but due to the sheer speed and number of attack trails Ryuto lets more and more clean hits past his guard. Sho kicks at Ryuto at fast speeds.
Sho Kano: Steel Wind Kick!
Ryuto avoids Sho's extraordinarily fast kick, but bursts of wind pressure are created from the kick and attack Ryuto all over. Ryuto blocks his vitals, but still gets hit in other places. Sho attacks with a thrust, but Ryuto does a 360 spin while moving out of the path of the attack. By twisting his waist, moving his legs in through twisting motion ahead of his upper body, to meet his opponent, with his palms in the shape of an open snake's mouth. At the same time he causes his ki to explode out of his palms, using the mechanism of Sei Dou Goui.
Ryuto: Dragon Fangs!
Ryuto's palms hit Sho's body causing a huge amount of damage and he passes out. Ryuto wins.
Ogata: It looks like my disciple wins, due to the difference in mastery of their Sei Dou Goui. Sho was running out of time and stamina faster than Ryuto, eventually this slowed him down. That was the deciding factor of the battle.
Akira: Hmph!
