Flow can refer to two things (having a double meaning):

1. Ryuto's ability to feel his opponent's flow or rhythm.

2. Ryuto's ability to get in the mind state that is known as "Flow" in psychology a.k.a "Access Concentration" in Buddhism. Flow is state of mind where one is fully absorbed and immersed in the activity at hand. When one is in flow one obtains high levels of focus and concentration.

Ryuto's main talents is in his aptitude regarding these two skills

Yea I think that is entirely correct.

A third reason would be Ryuto's understanding of innervation (train yourself to develop nervous pathways that are rarely used or damaged). Ryuto rehabilitated himself (probably using his own form of physiotherapy) was an incredibly impressive feat.

Sei Dou Goui can also be interpreted as being able to activate all the muscles in your body beyond its damage threshold, giving you something like 3-4x strength/speed boost for a few seconds. In real life you can only do this when your life is in danger, but in manga logic it is possible to train for.

That would be highly impressive and it makes me wonder if a disciple class reaches a certain point, can he train on his own and reach the master class. What do you think?

It makes sense that Sei Dou Goui activates all the bodies muscles, considering how the bodies damaged afterwards. With his study of the effects of SeiDou Goui and how to correct those effect on his body he may find out a way to improve the technique. That reminds me Ryuto once said that SeiDou Goui is an incomplete technique.

Another you could make a good connection to is Shou having the Sky emblem, considering he has a bird motif, is rather obsessed with wings, and is even named after a mythological bird deity.

Jihan having the King symbol is completely obvious, considering that he is royalty.

As for the others in Yomi, I wouldn't know and don't see any deep or even superficial connections to their characters.

Rachel's steel symbol, probably has to do with here steel-like abs and body, her master was like that too.

The guidebook had a few explanation about those symbols. Linking the wiki here, because I'm too lazy for copypasta.
