I am not as impressed by these feats, although I am impressed nonetheless. However, I am very puzzled about how he generated so much force with these seemingly slow punches and techniques that looks somewhat sloppy (I have trained these 1-inch punches for a few years too, and I can do a gentle looking shove that blows open large building doors and create a pressure wave that opens 1 more door down the hall). His shoulder rotation and back/hip alignment seems nonexistent after a first glance, and I thought that is the key to this technique.

The feat that impressed me the most by a real human being so far is this swordman who can cut pellets fired at 700m/s (as fast as a low-powered rifle shot, certainly faster than antique firearms). He said that he can't see the bullet, but can visualize its trajectory.

Another guy who can shoot 6 pistol shots in a second...

And another guy who can shoulder-slam a huge block of cement to pieces (real life Ethan Stanley ;))
