(I'll start it off)
*Metal Gear - My absolute favorite video-game series. (my fanboyism is being rewarded with news of another new game, and a promising Hollywood movie)
*Stargate TV series - BRING IT BACK!!!
*Ghost in the shell - My all-time favorite series. (I even have the animated "laughing man" logo as my phone wallpaper)
*The music of Yoko Kanno - She's a brilliant composer responsible for music in Ghost in the shell, Macross, Cowboy Bebop, Escaflowne, RahXephon, Wolf's Rain, and a ton of other show and movies.
*48 Laws of power (My favorite book)- It lays out 48 guidelines to gain power, manipulation, and success by demonstrating them all with very long and interesting historical anecdotes.
*Ben & Jerry's - Ice cream...

*Hetalia- Full of hot anime guys. What else could I ask for?
*Vocaloid- Awesome Songs man. And I have this obsession with Honne Dell, Kagene Rei and Soune Taya.
That's all I can think of right now...

Let's see. HSDK is pretty much a given. Other than that...
There's a lot of stuff I can count as things I "love". But being a fanboy/girl is much more than that. It is to feel it in your soul. It's to shut your mind off to the flaws. It's a guilty pleasure that you don't actually feel guilty of.
Moreover, fanboy and fangirl too are very different terms. Fanboys are agressive, blind defenders and heavy trolls if somehow felt offended in anyway; they will look like they are debating but they are simply trying to flame you to damnation. Fangirls are mindless and unreasonable pic spammers and over-expressive CAPs users that you wouldn't even hope to properly communicate with.(not like you can reason with fanboys)
I'm a fanboy of:
anime: FMA: Brotherhood, Gintama (Go watch these NOW, if you haven't already)
manga: Ai Kora (the best Love-comedy in existence), Shin Angyo Onshi(the best work of fiction in any field and in any parallel universe)
Manga authors/artists: Inoue Kazurou, Kawashita Mizuki, Komi Naoshi (go read their works NOW, if you don't know these 3 people)
characters: Suruga Kanbaru, Shihouin Yoruichi, Shirai Kuroko, Minami Kana, Hideyoshi Kinoshita, Hasegawa Taizou(aka Madao), Jiraiya
Voice actresses: Yukino Satsuki, Kugimiya Rie, Orikasa Fumiko, Tachiki Fumihiko, Otsuko Houchuu, Wakomoto Norio
character archetypes: yandere, catgirls, perverted mentors (see Jiraiya, Ma Kensei, Kame Sennin etc.)
I'm a fangirl of:
characters: Munsu, Won Sul, Heiwajima Shizuo, Kumagawa Misogi, Accelerator, Edward Elric, Uzuki Sepia, Suruga Kanbaru(note that she's also up there in my fanboyism lists), Hosaka-senpai
Voice Actors: Mamoru Miyano, Sugita Tomokazu, Ono Daisuke
Hmm... I would start the non-anime/manga fandoms... but I'm tired for now >__> Not that their list is as wide as this though.

Manga, current: HSDK, Assassin Classroom, Yongbi the Invincible (a Manhwa (korean comicbook)), One punch man
Manga, current but lost interest: Shingeki no Kyojin (very gory psychological horror manga that started out great, profound even, but is beginning to stop making sense in the latest chapters, who knows, it may pick up again)
Manga, past:
Gintama
Jojo's Bizzarre Adventures (series 1 to 3, haven't read the newer ones yet)
Tekken Chinmi (another great martial arts manga, based loosely on the mythology of the Chinese historical figure Huang Fei Hong, Chinmi reaches "low master" class in HSDK at the end of this manga, but Chinmi has as much tenacity as an elite master, a temporary-boost move similar to Seidou Gouitsu, which he used repeatedly on himself in the final fight while being conscious that he might permanently cripple or kill himself and a finisher move very similar to Myubioshi... but far more powerful due to Chinmi's much greater physical strength near the end)
ULTRA FANBOY EXTRA RANT! I can't recommend Tekken Chinmi enough. Chinmi is perhaps the shonen hero that I admired the most, and whose personality became an ideal for me as I grew up. Chinmi is resourceful, humble, as protective of everyone as Kenichi is but is a lot less bounded by dogma. But the most special thing about Chinmi is his intense faith in victory, but not in the same aggressive way as Takeda's; Chinmi just have a workman-like conviction to calmly go forward no matter what happens, in a wide variety of situations ranging from acting as a spy to going on a self-imposed diplomatic mission, to leading a revolution. That level of self-motivation is completely unheard off even in manga, let alone in real life
Dragon Quest Dai no Daibouken (originally started out as a "side story" to the dragon quest series, but eventually got serialized, and became a cult classic arguably with better plot than any of the DQ games, featuring deep character development for nearly all of the main cast, and a power level curve where the protagonist isn't too far ahead of everyone...
Chojin Locke (locke the superman): very difficult to find an English translation for. I read the Vietnamese translation when I was a kid. In my opinion the greatest superhero story ever told. The main character is a sort of mix between superman and batman in terms of power and personality.
