Anyone watch this before?

They showed the series like 3 or 4 times on AdultSwim and I believe Netflix is still showing the entire story.

The legendary outlaw, Vash the Stampede. In this very well creative and originality, its based on a story of a dying planet. After the pod crashing, Vashe's brother Knives built a couple weapons of mass destruction. In which will take place in many parts of the story.

Because these kids aren't exactly 'Human,' their youth ageing is slower, but they look and talk like other people. Vash being the person who has a desire to avenge their mothers death, Rem by the killing hands of Knives.

They awaken on a western theme like planet after the crash and knowing nothing else could have survived a horrible ship wreck. Knives sabotage to kill the remaining reserve of people failed because of Rems sacrifice on diverting all of the ships back into space before crashing there. After awhile though, some ships that did crash would build on this desert planet and call it home. The Human survivors would just call it home and use the technology they had to build a civilization.

Its a really great story, I wish I could say more, but I believe its only 26 episodes long, but its just plain awesome, especially the opening scene.

I highly recommend it, its a great story, sort of short but it gets its line across under 30 episodes. Think Cowboy Bebop cowboy experience, only on one huge planet. It has many cherishable moments.

I've seen a lot of people recommend this, but I'm not too much of an anime guy myself.

Maybe I'll check out the manga, though. Not a very long series, it seems. It changes styles though, or so I've heard. Something about the first bit being in shounen, then going seinen.
