A clear file included with issue 48 of Shonen Sunday.
Wow the complete one came out quick...
It was in the issue with the chapter. MangaStream must have gotten the whole issue.

There's probably some site that uploads the raw of Shonen Sunday. It might not have this clear file, though since it's a bonus and not part of the magazine.
Dang, hoping to find the issue and buy it, but no luck in finding it on an online retailer.
